Artists who generated at least $100,000 from Spotify alone in 2025
Spotify's own Loud & Clear figures, published March 2026: nearly 1,400 more artists than the previous year, and more than 1,500 above a million dollars.
Spotify publishes an annual accounting of its payouts under the name Loud & Clear. The 2026 edition, covering 2025, states that more than 13,800 artists generated at least $100,000 from Spotify alone, nearly 1,400 more than the year before, and that more than 1,500 artists generated over $1 million. Around 80 artists cleared $10 million.
Spotify also gives a useful reference point further down the table: the artist ranked 100,000th by royalties earned about $7,300 in 2025, against about $350 in 2015.
Two cautions when quoting these. They count royalties generated, not money that reaches the artist after the label, distributor and publisher take their share. And they are Spotify's figures about Spotify, published by Spotify.
